After working with organizations as an attorney and executive compliance administrator responsible for assisting search committees with best practices, it was clear to BDB’s founder that the challenges faced by organizations and search committees are often complex, stressful and can result in compliance violations and financial risk.

Nikki Wright
FOUNDER
Nikki Wright is a seasoned attorney and executive administrator experienced in employment and business law; federal and state compliance; equal opportunity and DEI initiatives. Nikki is authorized to practice in Michigan and Texas.
Nikki was born and raised in Detroit, MI graduating from Cass Technical High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 from Wayne State University. She then attended Wayne State University Law School and earned her Juris Doctor in 1994. Nikki also earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in May 2021.
